AR System/ITSM 7.6.4 We are developing advanced reporting with lots of calculations. With Business Analytics, I like the way the web interface shows the reports and you can click the link and the incident/change ticket opens up. I just wish I could get this same functionality to work with Crystal Reports XI. In Crystal Reports XI, I find the reports have better logic, look better and I have more advanced functionality. For example, all of the users are creating really generic reports with BA. Perhaps it is a learning curve. Is it possible for the reports that I develop in Crystal XI to be displayed in the web interface. The only drawback that I have right now is Crystal Reports has great reports, however they are in PDF or csv. There is an option to export as HTML 4.0, however when I tried this the reports displayed with the data overlapping. There must be a way thru Crystal XI to show the results in a web view. Does anyone know how this can be done?
