It's hard to say what caused the ARERR 90 errors. Based on the database errors it looks like you may have had a partial success with the first attempt to run the installer, and as a result it's trying to create indexes that already exist amongst other issues, which from my point of view looks like your database may be corrupted at this point to where it might be easier to restore from a backup and start again.
