Hi Team,
We have configured the SLA for INC. Have configured 5 mins goal and SLA
start at Assigned status and stop at In Progress status. 
Have checked SLA with test tickets.but, it vl breach after 17 mins. It's
not working as per my goal. 
Can you please help me to fix this issue.
