We rely heavily on the Email Engine and its capabilities to create & update
Incidents. The Qualification on the OOB Rule Configuration Incident.Add
worklog on the Incident is ('Subject' LIKE "RE:%") AND ('Subject' LIKE "%INC0%")
We have migrated from the Blackberry to an iPhone. When a reply is done from
the iPhone, the Subject line is Re: not RE:. Having discovered this, the OOB
Rule Configuration Incident.Add worklog needs to be updated.
Problem: there is no visible "Save" button on the RBE:Worksheet. Yes, there is
a Save button on the form; visibility is permissioned to Email Rule Config. The
button's ALs are permissioned to Public. My partner & I are Email Rule Config;
we cannot see the button. I changed the button properties to Visible - we still
cannot view the button.
Anyone encountered this? Ideas? Assistance is greatly appreciated.
