If I remember correctly, if one is not allowed to modify Global Rules. You can create the same rule for your tenant and do the modifications, save button should show up there.

The Qualification on the OOB Rule Configuration Incident.Add worklog on the Incident is ('Subject' LIKE "RE:%") AND ('Subject' LIKE "%INC0%") We have migrated from the Blackberry to an iPhone. When a reply is done from the iPhone, the Subject line is Re: not RE:. Having discovered this, the OOB Rule Configuration Incident.Add worklog needs to be updated. Problem: there is no visible "Save" button on the RBE:Worksheet. Yes, there is a Save button on the form; visibility is permissioned to Email Rule Config. The button's ALs are permissioned to Public. My partner & I are Email Rule Config; we cannot see the button. I changed the button properties to Visible - we still cannot view the button. Anyone encountered this? Ideas? Assistance is greatly appreciated.
