Hi,

I remember submitting tickets to Remedy in the earlier days, and when writing
$NULL$ in my emails the support reps became quite confused.

It turned out that when their AR System system stored the text of my emails,
$NULL$ was replaced by NOTHING :-)

It did not matter how many $NULL$ I sent them.

$TIMESTAMP$ was at least as confusing...

When I finally grasped what was happening, I replaced the text with someting
like $null$ or $+space+NULL+space+$, but this occasionally caused them to
complain on my syntax instead ;-)
