Team, We are using 4 remedy boxes. The project initial condition we have set one box as full admin.
Recently, we have asked to change the admin to another box. We changed the Ranking to new one. but, still the new one not full admin. Have server group concept in our environment. Can you please advice, what the actions need to follow to make it as new remedy box as remedy admin. Touched only server ranking form.Kindly advice.
