Hi all, we work with AR Server 7.6.0.4 SP5 and ITSM 7.6.04 SP4. We are using for the first time Asset Management and we need to load for our organization, a large number of elements like cash desk, printers and so on (more or less 10000 elements). Is there a way (for example Using Spreadsheets) to make a bulk loading on Remedy of these Asset elements? Are there any documents around that offers a guide on what should be the values/columns used and what forms should it be imported to? Thanks in advance. Best Regards. Salvo
