Hi all, is it possible to integrate Asset Management and SRM? The requester should chose a CI from asset management when he sends a new service request. When we define a SRD (using Incident Template) is possible to associate an asset?
Note - I know that when I create an SRD I'm able to assign a single CI (from the relationship tab), but the user cannot select the CI when opening a service request; - We have a generic asset for N users. Each user can only see part of the asset. Any help would be much appreciated!
