Hello List, We are trying to install RKM 8.1 into our environment (STG). We never had RKM installed in the past.
I upgraded in place our current 7.6.04 SP2 to ARS 8.1.01, CMDB 8.1.0, ITSM 8.1.0, SLM 8.1.0, and SRM 8.1.0, but since RKM was not installed, the ITSM installer had it unchecked. I assumed I could install it later. As many have already experienced, we were not ready to move all of our CI attributes to the AST:Attribute form and delete them from the CDM. So, we took option '2' (Copy CI to attributes and leave CDM alone). When I try running the ITSM installer again for RKM, it is only giving me the third option, whereby all attributes are deleted from CDM (all others are greyed out). As I said we are not prepared for this.
