Hi Listers, I need a nice, easy way to display attachments from the AR System Email Attachments form from a ticket. Currently, I have a table on the ticket but double-clicking on the entries opens the Email Attachments form and then you have to double-click the attachment within the attachment pool.
Anyone have a cool way to do this so that the attachment is displayed directly on the ticket? Or, if I could display it as a popup (dialog) window, that would work too. Thanks so much!
