We are looking for TWO (2) Remedy Developers for a potentially long term project in New York City. Initial contract will start July 1st running through the end of the year, but will likely go much longer. This role will support the production BMC Remedy ITSM server environment while managing the project tasks to deploy and test a new, high availability and horizontal scalability, production IT Service Management application server environment.
Responsibilities: *Ensuring the Process flow of IT Service Management (ITSM) modules- Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management. *Providing Remedy Production Environment support 24 * 7 *Application administration and enhancements per user service requests *BMC Business Analytics Support - Creating objects in Universe, Creating new fields on Remedy side and objects in Universe. *Working extensively in CMDB - AIE exchanges, Reconciliation Job, Normalization and custom discovery integrations. *Installing and configuring Remedy application servers *Solid Interpersonal and communication skills *Analyze Business requirements and prepare solution design. *Production break-fix remediation, scheduled maintenance and on call support.
