While on vacation last week, I got an email from BMC Support saying that they 
had changed my password in response to the Heartbleed issue.  OK, fine.  When I 
got back this week, I logged in with their temp password, and was redirected to 
a password change page.  Again, no problem.

However, I can't seem to get past that screen, because it's giving me spurious 
errors, like "The password length must be at least 7 characters and cannot 
exceed 32 characters", when I entered a new password within those parameters.  
Am I the only one seeing this?  I can't get into Support until I get past this.
