The mismatch of request number has been a pain point for many of our customers. They don't appreciate the flexibility of SRM and ability to do one to many relationships. They get very frustrated if the IT person they talk to asks for a CRQ number but they only have an REQ number. The theory is customer don't care about the fulfillment process, only their request, but our business users do care about the fulfillment process. This is been labeled (right or wrong) as "a lack of transparency."
