Hi Abhishek, Are you running the job in server group environment. If yes please check arcarte.log and UDM:Config form, the job may be get transferred to one carte server to another carte server, From there it cannot access file where it got uploaded. Try to keep one entry in the UDM:Config form and run the job in that server.
