Groups are cached for a User when the user Logs in, so you may need to log out and back in to see the name change.

I tried the following: 1) changed in the Group form (Long Name): MH->Applications->Web Team to MH->Technical->Web Team 2) exported the Support Group listing in .arx 3) did a find so I could find and replace. The find found the new "technical" not the "applications", but when I re-imported it, it still showed as "applications". This is why I had to ask the question. Export a report of Support Group with Instance ID, Company, Organization, Name Change the Name in the arx file Using Remedy Data Import Tool the arx back in matching Instance ID to Instance ID. Then of course I had to back and update all the templates to assign to the new group.
