Last year when I attended RUG, I was able to get a sneak peak at Galileo. That look, plus an understating of the direction BMC was moving give me insight which helped form our mobile direction in the world of ITSM.
I do agree, that there should be some technical sessions. However, if I don’t understand the direction that BMC is going (which I do help to see more of), how can I help with the planning of our companies direction as well as my own future. Remember that there are companies knocking on the doors of BMC customers and we need as a community understand how they responding.
