Yes sorry, we are talking about ITSM. And I tried this form, but it gives me the queues as their ID numbers and not their names. So I can pull a report of various users and the queue ID's they are in, but I am looking for a way to get the queue names.

Assuming we are talking ITSM that is.. This sounds so painfully straight forward but every form I go looking on can't seem to report both pieces of information together. Anyone out there who can tell me the best way to accomplish this? I would be forever grateful.
