With a sub-report you should be able to get the group names using the ID numbers.
For this you might need to connect to the database using the Oracle ODBC driver and use the AR System form views for reporting. Since you are reporting character fields and not date and other fields that require conversions, it should work. And I tried this form, but it gives me the queues as their ID numbers and not their names. So I can pull a report of various users and the queue ID's they are in, but I am looking for a way to get the queue names.
