Hi ,
Users are getting frequent Caught Exception Error while they are trying to open
Incident Audit Log.
The Message from the webpage Says "Caught Exception; Expected idenifier,string
or number".
We are currently in the AR Server Version : 7.6.04 SP2 201110080614
Web server : Apache Tomcat 6.0
Please let me know are there any precautions/fixes/patches available to
permanently fix this .
