Hi All, We are developing on BMC Remedy 7.6.4, I need to open a path of a shared folder using a link button on web. I created the link button and in the AL created on it I used the following run process:
PERFORM-ACTION-OPEN-URL "\\domain.com\TD\Property Assets\Shared\BTS" Where this path is the path of the shared folder. The link button opened the required path correctly on "BMC Remedy User" but couldn't open the path and didn't give any action on "Remedy Web". I tried also to write "http://"; before the shared path in Run process but also it couldn't be opened from Web. I need to open the path using the link button on web, anyone can help please?
