ITSM 8.1 I am being asking about Blackout Date and how they work with Change Management "Schedule Assist". Not finding it very useful and documentation/community notes are limited (I am just starting to scratch the surface) Am I missing a lot on this feature and should I dig deeper. I can get the "Find Next Avail Time" for basic Blackout windows to work for complete days.
This function is part of CHG and leverages the foundation Time Segment feature. Does anyone have any working useful use cases or test cases that I can recreate. Do not want to dig deeper if nothing is really there? Is anyone productively using ITSM Change "Schedule Assist" button and the "Find Next Avail Time" button?
