Hi,
This is presumably caused by a queuing situation where other slow escalations
has to complete before the one under scrutiny is executed.
1. Check if other escalations are competing about execution time
2. Check that your escalation executes in less than 1 minute
3. Move your escalation to another, or a new, escalation thread
