Hi Experts, Recently, we are facing the issues to update the data into target values. Please refer below scenario it's creating big head ache to us.
For example, if i upload the People form related values, it's loading and promoting and validating successfully. After that user logged into remedy and try to access some support group that time user name is displaying but if he clicked it's not showing simply showed null value. If we delete the support group and re enter again and requested to the user to access that support group. it's allowing with out issues. This issues affecting people permission and functional role also. UDM updating the target value in right manner. Value also available into that appropriate form. but, need to delete the value and need to re add. So that users will access with out issues. Can you please help to fix this issue?
