So that I am clear, when you pull an assignee menu for a support group (let's say assignee of an incident), the menu shows the full name of the loaded user but selecting that user returns nothing to the assignee field... is that correct? If this is the case you should turn on active link logging and identify the code that should bring back the full name and that would help identify what seems to not be set correctly with the UDM load.

If we delete the support group and re enter again and requested to the user to access that support group. it's allowing with out issues.
