Well that really funny because each time I post (try to post) I get one of
these in my spam folder "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender"

Subject: Remedy 7.1 on win 2003 going to win
 2008 Over the Top upgrade

Hi we are planning to do an over the  top
upgradde of our remedy win-2003 servers to win-2008
running ITSM 7.1. This means that we will have an existing
server running win server2003- with remedy itsm-7 already
installed. We are planning to upgrade the existing OS to
winserver 2008 and, basically not touch remedy. ITSM7 on
win  server 2008 is officially not supported according to
BMC.  However, my clients offshore team running the same
setup was  able to do this successfully with no problems.
Does anyone  here have any experience with this setup?
Should my client  not persue this path? Just wondering if
anyone else has been down this road. Please I hope this
 shows up on the  list.....
