If you are on 6.3, you have no overlays. I did not know that this version had
archive forms even... Maybe it was the first version.
It is just natural that you get this error through ARUser, as you are not
allowed to change records in an archive form. Period.
To change data in an archive form you need to make it an ordinary form first,
and that is a task for a Remedy developer.
