Hi Ben would Meta-Update work on moving the attachment from Remedy to another Oracle DB?
I asked this cause we are moving out of Remedy, but we need to have the data migrated. Would this be a good way to use Meta-Update? if not, do you have different option I can use? Anyway I sent an email to the Meta-Update support for me to download it. Just waiting on the response from their end.
