After installing 8.1.0.2 our application - specifically data imports through 
the data management tool - were working correctly.

After applying the User Experience patch and the 8.1.0.2 SP 2 the DMT is now 
broken.  A total of 56 forms were updated and it appears to be a problem with 
the patch.  The selection on the form UDM:Config no longer has the required 
check box for default server. Also the display console to validate data import 
errors no longer displays correctly. Has anyone else run into this?
