Do you have a 6.3 Remedy User Tool installed?
The Xalan-C_1_4_0.dll should be in the user tool installation directory.

ARSperl only needs to find it, but that's easy because Windows handles 
DLLs somehow like excutables: add the user tool directory to your 
systems PATH variable and it should work (don't forget to start a new 
DOS box after the PATH change).
