Michiel is probbably right that the DLLs come with the admin tool. I too 
have Xalan-C_1_4_0.dll and xerces-c_1_7_0.dll in my client directory 
(where user and admin tool are installed).
If you don't have the possibility to install the admin tool, I could 
send you the DLLs.
