We have an integration between two Remedy instances using an ARSperl script
(Version 1.85).
We also have an integration between BMC Patrol and Remedy. When Patrol logs a
call in Remedy it fires a particular filter but the Run Process action that
calls the script is not firing. I know the filter is firing but the Run
Process action is not. When a case is logged manually the Run Process fires
but not when Patrol logs a case.
Has anyone experienced this behavior.
