Simply install another instance of perl, a 32-bit version, in another
location, then use that perl for all your arsperl stuff.  You can download
the perl sources from perl.org.  You may also want to check whether a 32-bit
version of perl is already on your server.  The key things are these:

- compile arsperl as 32-bit (-m32)
- use a 32-bit perl interpreter to load the arsperl pm
