I am trying to search for the amino acid string 'S/T-R-R-x-T' where x= any AA. Is it possible to do this? Are there alternative symbols for 'S or T' or 'any AA'? I can't seem to find a key... although the manual tells me that n may be used for G or A or T or C in the DNA seq.
