Hi.  The development version of Artemis
(http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Software/Artemis/#development) allows you to
use "X" as an ambiguity code when searching for amino acid patterns.
There is no way to represent "S or T" or other combinations.

When searching DNA you can use the IUB codes:
