I was using Artemis to locate the position of oligos.
I was using the 'mark from pattern' option but then when I save the
entry ('save all entries' option) it does not keep the matches
incorporated into the sequence. I had to use the 'create a new
feature' option and still the features were not kept incorporated. I
was wondering if there is a way to search for a whole group of
oligos at once and which is the proper way of saving features once
found.
