I usually do it in few steps:
1) "Create new entry",
2) "Set name of entry", eg: 'primers'
3) "mark from pattern" (as many oligos you want to annotate)
4) select all new features (use "Shift" + mouse button on Feature
List)
5) "Move selected features to" -> 'primers'
6) remove all entries starting with "matches: ..."
7) "Save an entry" -> 'primers'
