I'd like to get ACT running as an applet, as has been done for Artemis (see http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Users/kmr/d/start.html and http://colibase.bham.ac.uk for examples of this). Has anyone ever attempted this? According to Kim Rutherford it should be possible with a small amount of programming, but there isn't likely to be time for the people at the Sanger to do it in the near future. Any volunteers?
