Hello Im trying to do a comparison using act using two salmonella Genbank files and the appropriate crunch file. However when i try and run ACT it just hangs on the reading..... part.
I can open these files fine with Artemis and also im able to load up the sequence in fna format. However im also unable to load the tab files on top of this - it tries to load but nothing appears. Furthermore these files work fin on UNIX and Mac's, but i only have the use of a PC! Im new to this software so any suggestions would be much appreciated. Cheers Daniel James
