Hi. Thanks for reporting the bug. It's now fixed in the development version of Artemis. The development version for Windows is here: ftp://ftp.sanger.ac.uk/pub/pathogens/software/artemis/builds/artemis_compiled_latest.jar The UNIX and GNU/Linux version is here: ftp://ftp.sanger.ac.uk/pub/pathogens/software/artemis/builds/artemis_compiled_latest.tar.gz The development version also fixes an incompatibility between Artemis and the current GenBank file format. NCBI made a small change to the sequence header recently which Artemis release 5 can't cope with. Kim.
