Some features are drawn in Artemis with a certain color, presumably
determined by the primary_tag or other attribute, while other
features can override the color drawn (or include one if none appears
by default) by setting the color tag on the given feature.
Is there some table that determines the default colors associated
with a given feature/attribute, and is this table accessible (either
through the Artemis interface or through some configuration file) or
is it more or less hard coded into the Artemis source code?
