Do you want me to move the newly created index folder out of the way
again or just restart with the 'fix' flag enabled and without moving the
newly created index folder?

Please restart once with "artifactory.jcr.fixConsistency=true" in
$ARTIFACTORY_HOME/etc/artifactory.system.properties - that should fix it
(don't leave this property on for future restarts).
