Are you running Apache in the front or another web proxy that might be
cutting off your connection?
To verify it is not only Maven, can you see what happens if you upload the
file manually via curl:
curl -X PUT -f -u user:password
--data-binary @Modena-1.1-20091203.150757-4-dist.zip \
http://artifactory.idainfront.se:8081/main-snapshots/se/idainfront/nvv/Modena/1.1-SNAPSHOT/Modena-1.1-20091203.150757-4-dist.zip
