I need the ldap url that you used when you configured the ldap server. I opened RTFACT-2482 <http://issues.jfrog.org/jira/browse/RTFACT-2482> for this issue. The latest version is 2.1.2 and it still has the same issue. Version 2.1.3 will be released really soon, but you'll have to fix the config file anyway.
