Hi, this is a pretty noobish problem, but somehow Artifactory doesn't find the variable. Calling "service artifacoty start" will prompt:
Cannot find a JRE or JDK. Please set JAVA_HOME to a >=1.5 JRE I edited the /etc/environment and /etc/profile JAVA_HOME="/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre" export JAVA_HOME PATH="/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games" But echoing the JAVA_HOME displays the right path... any suggestions? -- View this message in context: http://forums.jfrog.org/Ubuntu-10-04-Artifactory2-2-5-Problems-setting-JAVA-HOME-tp5607478p5607478.html Sent from the Artifactory - Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Beautiful is writing same markup.
