Hi Dean,
From the ivy log snippet you posted, it seems that Ivy is trying to
resolve the dependencies from your "libs-release-local" repository,
which is a repository meant to deploy your own projects, and it does not
retrieve artifacts from remote repositories, (only what you deploy on
there manually).
Best practice for artifact resolution would be to use Artifactory's
virtual repositories
<http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Virtual+Repositories>
which aggregates both local and remote repositories.

Is this somewhere on the wiki? I know there is more steps like what
is in the ivysettings.xml file, etc. etc. but as I learn things, I
always end up with some checklist in my head. Anyone have one ...be
great to have on the wiki.
