We're migrating to Artifactory v2.3.2, and would like to produce a
report on what effective permissions a given artifact or folder has. Is
there a REST command I can use in a browser that can show this? LDAP is
setup with anonymous access disabled and password encryption required. I
tried using the Rest command to retrieve Item Metadata Names on an
artifact with access controlled by a permission target but got a
response the artifact is not available (I copied the
{repo-key}/{itemPath} from the tree browser after logging in). I didn't
see a REST command to list effective permissions from:
