Almost forgot another option which is little more menial and not as
efficient as the replication but can still be automated.
Using Artifactory's REST API, you can query your remote instance every once
in a while for a list of artifacts that were created within a certain date
range<http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Artifactory%27s+REST+API#Artifactory%27sRESTAPI-AllArtifactsCreatedinDateRange>,
retrieve the file
info<http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Artifactory%27s+REST+API#Artifactory%27sRESTAPI-FileInfo>of
every result and download the artifact using download URL found within
the file info.
Though unlike the Replication add-on, this method will require more work in
order to handle item metadata and clean up deleted files and folders.
