Hi,

First since the error happens when creating the dbRecord temp file I don't
think the Artifactory DB is involved.
We had issue at some customer site with McAfee or other firewall filtering
dangerous bytecode. McAfee is capable of spotting java bytecode calling JVM
sandbox security changes, and so cutting a jar download in the middle.
I don't recall any strange code in xerces but you may check that. It may be
also a virus check on the local machine checking the tmp folder!

I tried to see locally on any log something similar without luck, so I
suspect something with the local network or filesystem.

Hope this help,
Fred.
