Noam, it was definitely the credentials. Fact is that locating the
credentials is a bit counter-intuitive.
What I did was disable access to all users to that repo. When I did that,
the job configuration displayed an error and from there I was able to input
the new credentials for that repo. So it looks like Artifactory is
correctly using the svn credentials defined for the job, but Jenkins
interface for that is not very good.

I've just tried tagging from the command line at the Jenkins workspace and
it's asking for the user password, so it seems like it's not cached.
